What we collect
When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the market update we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your email address to reply to your enquiry and, if you subscribed, to send the weekly market update. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
The market update is sent through a third-party email service provider that processes the mailing list on our behalf. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing JT@JTManage.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honour those requests through the same address.
